Nott Company Acquires Larkstur Engineering

Nott Company has finalized the acquisition of Larkstur Engineering and Supply. This acquisition brings both aggregate belting capabilities and additional belting products to our portfolio, opening the door to a wider range of customers while expanding our facility footprints and adding two ParkerStore locations in North Mankato, MN and Burnsville, MN.

With the addition of these locations, Nott Company’s store franchise will cover a larger portion of Minnesota offering quick-turn hydraulic hose assemblies and other ancillary products for the industrial and mobile segments.

Larkstur Engineering & Supply, Inc. was established in 1970 and offers a complete line of bulk material handling & power transmission products serving mainly the aggregate industry, along with two very successful authorized ParkerStores, servicing a broad market reach for hydraulic hose and fitting needs.

Their Power Transmission capabilities and product portfolio allows them to service belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators and bin/silo arrangements with system design, fabrication, and assembly. Larkstur facilities are located at 343 Webster Avenue, North Mankato, MN and 3800 West Hwy 13, Burnsville, MN.
